While we work within your chosen colour palette, each arrangement will be unique and guided by our studio’s aesthetic approach.

We recommend this option for couples who trust our process and are familiar with our work.

We require a minimum of one week’s notice for all elopement orders.

This allows us to source the best seasonal flowers and prepare your arrangements with care.

Available for pickup or delivery Monday–Friday only.

Pick-up is available from our studio at 1a Kelly Street, Mount Eden, between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

We recommend receiving your florals within 24 hours of your ceremony to ensure peak freshness. Care instructions will be included with every order.

Isadia Elopement Collection Terms & Conditions

Designer's Choice

Our Elopement Collection is offered as a Designer's Choice service. We create each arrangement using the freshest seasonal flowers and foliage available, selecting blooms that reflect the natural beauty of the season and our signature Isadia style.

While we are happy to note colour preferences and style, we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties or exact colour matches. Images shown on our website are indicative only.

Collection

• Orders are available for collection from our Mount Eden studio during the agreed collection window.
• It is the client's responsibility to collect their flowers at the arranged time.
• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delays, collection times cannot always be extended during busy periods.

Delivery

Delivery may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability and an additional delivery fee. Once flowers have been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for their care transfers to the client.

Flower Care

Flowers are a natural product and should be kept in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heaters, fireplaces and heat pumps.

For the best presentation:

• Keep bouquets in fresh water until required.
• Store buttonholes and corsages in the container provided in a refrigerator or cool space (unless otherwise instructed).
• Follow the care instructions supplied with your flowers.

We cannot guarantee the longevity of flowers once they have left our care.

Changes to Your Order

Changes to colour preferences or quantities may be accommodated if requested at least 3 weeks prior, but cannot be guaranteed once flowers have been ordered.

Any additional items requested after booking will be subject to availability and current pricing.

Cancellations

As flowers are ordered specifically for your event:

• Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before collection may receive a refund less 10% to cover any administration costs.
• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of collection will receive a 50% refund to cover flower and administration costs.
• If your elopement date changes, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to our availability.

Fresh Flower Disclaimer

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Variations in colour, size, shape and bloom stage are to be expected and form part of their unique beauty. These natural variations do not constitute faults or defects.

Photography

We love photographing our work and may take photographs of your flowers before collection. These images may be used across our website, social media and marketing materials unless you advise us otherwise in writing before your collection date.

Liability

Once flowers have been collected or delivered, Isadia cannot accept responsibility for damage, loss or deterioration caused by weather conditions, transportation by the client, incorrect storage or handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
