Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout once you've entered your delivery address. 

We offer same day delivery and pick up Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 1.30pm for the same day delivery service.

Please note - if your delivery is to a business address in the outer Auckland suburbs (zone C or D), your order must be placed by 9.30am for same day delivery. This is due to our courier not being able to guarantee delivery before 5pm if they are collecting from us in their afternoon round of collections.

Pick-up is from our studio at 1a Kelly Street, Mount Eden 9am - 3pm. Parking is available on site out the front of the building.
