Returns and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure that our bouquets are fresh, beautiful and true to our aesthetic. If however, there is an unforeseen disappointment or mishap with the flowers, please make contact within 24 hours. We will investigate the issue and proceed with replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations for any order must be made 42 hours prior to delivery day. We cannot cancel any bouquet order that has already been made.
Flower Care
Upon delivery, give your flower stems a fresh cut on an angle and place in fresh water in a clean vase.
Change the vase water completely and recut the stems every few days to get the maximum life out of your blooms.
Your flowers will be happiest in a cool spot out of direct sunlight and air-conditioner’s pathways.
Flower Substitutions
In line with our seasonal flower philosophy, we use a selection of New Zealand’s best seasonal florals available the day of your order. Flower varieties may vary from our imagery but your arrangement will be similar in taste and style.
Currency & Pricing
All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Sustainability
Our studio has a strong environmental focus and we look to reduce waste in a number of ways:
We create flower arrangements and bouquets to order, reducing flower waste.
We aim to primarily use the best seasonal flowers and foliages grown in New Zealand, some of our local growers will cut to order which also helps in minimising flower waste and plastic packaging. We design ‘foam free’ wherever possible in our wedding work (Floral foam is a single-use plastic that is non-biodegradable and composed of toxic chemicals). It is used by many designers to create floral arrangements in particular ceremony arbour installations and the floating look table arrangements. We use a compostable alternative and foam-free design techniques.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are available Monday - Friday with same day delivery available when orders are placed before 2pm. We deliver throughout the Auckland region and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If you require a specific time of delivery please contact us directly.
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our professional couriers use their best judgment as to whether the flowers can be safely left at a delivery address, should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for those orders left at our discretion. If a requirement of the destination is that orders be received and passed over to a concierge or gated security, we can hold no liability for those orders from that point on. If re-delivery needs to occur, this cost will be at the clients expense.
Please note for non perishable shop items - vases, secateurs & candles we use NZ post which takes 1 - 2 business days, unless added on to a bouquet order.

However, if Isadia is unavailable for the new event date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

High-Demand Flower Dates Surcharge
Certain times of the year experience significantly higher demand for both flowers and floral services. During these periods, growers and suppliers increase their pricing substantially, and availability of premium products can be limited. To ensure we can continue sourcing the same high-quality, beautiful flowers we’re known for - and meet demand at these peak times - a 20% surcharge will be applied to all floral orders and event bookings scheduled within the week prior and the week following the following key dates:
- Valentine’s Day (14 February)
- Mother’s Day (second Sunday in May)
This surcharge covers the increased wholesale costs, additional staffing requirements, and operational logistics during these high-demand periods.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, or products if those originally specified become unavailable, or if their quality does not meet our standards. Substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value, as closely aligned as possible with the agreed color palette and style.
If there are specific flowers you wish not to be substituted under any circumstances, please confirm this during your consultation.
Changes to Orders
Once a quote has been accepted and the deposit paid, items listed in the accepted quote cannot be removed from the order. However, clients may reallocate the value of removed items toward other floral designs, upgrades, or additional arrangements.
Additional items may be added at any time (subject to availability and scheduling), and will be quoted and invoiced separately. Significant changes requested within 30 days of the event date may incur additional charges or be subject to availability limitations.
