We offer same-day delivery and pick-up, Monday to Friday.
To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order by 2:00pm.
Important for Business Addresses in Outer Auckland (Zone C or D):
For same-day delivery to a business address in these areas, orders must be placed by 9:30am. This is due to courier scheduling - we’re unable to guarantee delivery before 5:00pm if your order is collected during the afternoon courier run.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.
Pick-up Details:
Pick-up is available from our studio at 1a Kelly Street, Mount Eden, between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
On-site parking is available at the front of the building.
If you require delivery or pick-up outside of our usual days and times, please get in touch - we’ll do our best to help.
To keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful for as long as possible:
- Trim the stems on an angle and place them in fresh, clean water in a spotless vase.
- Change the water and recut the stems every 2–3 days to help your blooms stay vibrant.
- Remove any wilted flowers or foliage as they appear — this helps keep the remaining blooms happy and healthy.
- Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heaters, and air-conditioner draughts.
